You will be responsible for leading sales and developing effective strategies to penetrate new markets, particularly focusing on the GCC area.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. </li><li>Identify and pursue business opportunities within the GCC area, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients. </li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and campaigns. </li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities. </li><li>Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team, highlighting key insights and recommending strategic actions. </li><li>Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a similar role. </li><li>Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the training and learning & development sector. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and build successful business relationships. </li><li>Familiarity with the GCC market and understanding of cultural nuances. </li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Proficiency in using sales tools.</li></ul>
