<p><strong>Purpose of Job</strong></p><p> <span>Responsible to provide sales and services for a comprehensive range of hygiene chemical products, equipment and packaged solutions designed to meet the needs of customers across one or all of our market sectors. Maintains knowledge of standard work procedures and policies for performing all duties in a manner consistent with customer service, quality, financial management, and safety.</span></p><p> <strong>Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities</strong></p><p> <span>β Maintain and grow sales within an existing territory of facility care, food service, hospitality etc. accounts, providing customers with sales demos, regular service, and ongoing training.</span></p><p><span>β Cold call and prospect to secure new accounts as you build Rezaβs brand in your market.</span></p><p><span>β Sell products, equipment and services from our extensive catalogues, providing a full service including provision of quotations, invoicing, order fulfillment, product training, and customer satisfaction.</span></p><p><span>β Demonstrate chemicals and safe equipment use, ensuring that your customersβ needs are addressed, and that customersβ staff are properly trained (product and hygiene training).</span></p><p><span>β Learn customersβ practices regarding facility care, foodservice, and hygiene and devise unique solutions as their expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation.</span></p><p><span>β Learn Reza Expert provided internal Hygiene Solutions; apply to customer needs as required.</span></p><p><span>β Provides follow-up with customers and finance on orders, invoicing, and payment issues as needed to complete the sales cycle. Reports on personal sales activities.</span></p><p><span>β Work closely with Reza technicians to install and repair chemical dilution and dispensing systems, leveraging this service to strengthen the customer relationship.</span></p><p><span>β Provide emergency service coverage to appreciative customers.</span></p><p><span>β Comply with Reza Standards, procedures, guidelines, and food safety/HACCP practices while installing and servicing equipment at customer premises.</span></p><p><span>β Maintains accurate records of customer visits, and provides a customer service report for site visits, service inspections or completed work/repairs.</span></p><p><span>β Adheres to Reza and Customer OHS policies, procedures, rules, and safe work practices.</span></p><p><span>β Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills</span></p><p><span>β Operates Reza vehicles and technical equipment in a responsible and professional manner.</span></p><p><span>β Coordinates with Reza staff to meet customer specifications and quality Standards.</span></p><p><span>β Performs other duties as assigned.</span></p><p> <strong>Skills Needed</strong></p><p> <span>β Strong communication skill.</span></p><p><span>β Customer service orientation.</span></p><p><span>β Organizing and planning skill.</span></p><p><span>β Time Management Skill.</span></p><p><span>β Strong Interpersonal Skill.</span></p><p><span>β Multitasking & Prioritizing the workload.</span></p><p><span>β Stress Tolerance</span></p><p> <strong>Requirements</strong></p><p> <span>β Bachelor /degree.</span></p><p><span>β 1-3 years of professional experience.</span></p><p><span>β </span><span>Solid computer and systems knowledge.</span></p><p><span>β Ability to work under pressure and a pleasant attitude.</span></p><p><span>β Ability to Read, Write, and follow instruction in English language.</span></p><p></p>
