<p>Job Title: Sales Executive – Access Control</p><p>Location: Dubai, UAE</p><p><br></p><p>We seek an experienced and motivated Sales <span>Executive</span> to join our team at Stebilex, a leading provider of Gate Automation, Access Control, and Perimeter Security System solutions to the B2B market. </p><p><br></p><p>As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales and business development of the company, as well as coordinating with vendors, clients, sales executives, and consultants on products and brand approval. </p><p><br></p><p>Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish and nurture channel partner relationships in various countries, focusing on driving sales and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a sales team and monitoring sales regularly.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue growth</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Analyze market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new business development</li><li>Identify new leads and prospects, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services and maintain good relationships with them</li><li>Collaborate with sales executives to set and achieve sales targets and provide guidance and support to them as needed</li><li>Provide sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management</li><li>Work closely with marketing to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns</li><li>Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services</li><li>Address client and customer issues in a timely and effective manner, and ensure that their needs are met</li><li>Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments</li><li>Work closely with consultants to ensure product compliance and brand approval</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture channel partner relationships in various countries, with a focus on driving sales and expanding market reach</li><li>Monitor sales on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and take corrective action as needed to ensure targets are met</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably in the B2B market</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth in a high-pressure environment</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, vendors, and sales executives</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and solve customer issues</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE</li><li>Knowledge of Gate Automation and Perimeter Security System solutions is a plus</li></ul>
