<p>The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. </p><p>Using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use his/her expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Meet and exceed sales targets</li><li>Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts</li><li>Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Minimum of <strong>5 YEARS</strong> outdoor sales <span>experience </span>in office furniture </li><li>Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience in or knowledge of the office furniture industry is a must.</li></ul>
