Join our global team for a career filled with opportunities to solve challenges both small and large, local and global, simple and complex.<br><ul><li>Developing the ocean freight sales ensuring increased profit per customer</li><li>Assist in securing new business</li><li>Responsible for selling Freight Forwarding services for Imports and Exports</li><li>Recording sales and order information to assist the business expansion</li><li>Supporting the sales teams to secure new business by sharing market and rate information to drive growth across the different modes of transport</li><li>Responsible for promoting company services in the Freight Forwarding industry</li><li>Visiting clients where required</li><li>Generate action plans to enhance performance</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients</li><li>Work alongside the operations team keeping informed of client plans and challenges being faced</li><li>Organizing marketing plans</li><li>Co-ordinate with liner’s principals to secure best rates</li><li>Co-ordinating with WCA partners and overseas agents for securing best rates for logistics business and also for smooth operation of secured business.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills Required:<br></strong><ul><li>Requires BS/BA in related discipline.</li><li>Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping/Liner and Logistics, at least 3 years experience in Ocean freight sales preferred.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, commercially, proactive mindset as well as quality focus</li><li>Highly effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>IT literate/digital savviness, with experience from working with MS Office, CRM systems preferably Salesforce</li><li>Experience in reading and analyzing customer data</li><li>Very strong organizational skills</li><li>High degree of self-confidence, initiative, and commitment</li><li>Customer centered and oriented</li><li>Bahrain market knowledge</li><li>Familiar with Bahrain customs regulations and Bahrain international port &amp; airport rules</li><li>Sound understanding of international shipping documentation.</li><li>IT literate including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ideally Cargo Wise</li><li>OOCL experience will be an added advantage.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Can Offer<br></strong><ul><li>Attractive salary package</li><li>Housing allowance</li><li>Car allowance</li><li>Company mobile &amp; sim</li><li>Company laptop</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Paid leaves</li><li>Recognition and reward program</li><li>Learning and development program</li><li>Career development program.</li><li>Health and Wellness program</li><li>Dedicated parking area<br><br></li></ul>#LIPOST<br><br>#WPS
