<p>The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Meet and exceed sales targets</li><li>Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Delivering presentations, marketing strategies, and plans according to clients’ needs.</li><li>managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.</li><li>Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives</li><li>Making ‘pitches’, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.</li><li>Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.</li><li>Determine appointments and travel to visit new and existing customers.</li><li>Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.</li><li>Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.</li><li>Provide customer support by responding to customer inquiries, requests and determine rejection reasons.</li><li>Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.</li><li>Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.</li><li>Generate and work closely with departments to promote sales opportunities.</li><li>Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.</li><li>Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.</li><li>Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.</li><li>Inform the management and sales team members of all novelties.</li><li>Increase databases are current and updated with accurate customer information.</li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience</li><li>proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in the advertising or Digital marketing or Software field is a must !.</li><li>Fluency in English is required.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Power Point.</li><li>Have strong presentation skills.</li><li>Self-starter; motivated, focused within team spirit, and results-driven.</li><li>Hunter mentality in seeking out new opportunities.</li><li>Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li></ul><li><br></li>
