Purpose: Selling more of our principals process products and services thru spot orders &amp; contracts to ADNOC and other local customers.<br><br>Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:<br>- Review ADNOC &amp; other customers tender docs and share the inquiries with our principals accordingly.<br>- Review principal quotations and prepare costing sheet evaluating all direct cost, hidden cost and risk factors.<br>- Review T&amp;Cs of customer and negotiate with principals to secure orders with minimum risk on ASOS.<br>- Prepare and review ASOS proposals for internal management signature prior of submitting to clients.<br>- Review awarded orders/contracts, then issue orders/contracts to principals and acknowledge the same to the customers.<br>- Control &amp; arrange delivery on time of awarded goods &amp; services to the client as per the awarded PO.<br>- Follow for GRN after delivery of goods/services and make sure of on time invoicing.<br>- Follow-up on collections from clients and manage on time payment to principals with possible positive cash flow to ASOS.<br>- Follow-up with the client to obtain feedback on the purchased services &amp; materials and report the same Downstream Manager.<br>- Provide clients with after sale services to the equipment and materials purchased.<br>- Add more principals to the section aiming for continuous growth and development.<br>- Assist the Sales Manager in resolving customer complaints.<br>- Prepare and submit reports to the Downstream Manager with regards to sales activities.<br>- Perform other duties as requested by the Section Head.
