Key Accountabilities:
- Market & Present The Company Effectively And Competitively In The Market
- Identify Visit To Customers Related To Our Products, Technical Information And Activities.
- Assist In Gathering Information On Competitors And Market Activities.
- Maintain To Build Effective Relationship With New And Existing Customers.
- Follow Up On Customer Enquiries And Provide The Necessary Advice According Customer Requirements Down To Offer The Right Price.
- Doing the Daily Call Report And Weekly Hot And Prospect Report To The Sales Manager.
- Follow -Up Quotations And Try To Get Information About Competitors Offers And To Do My Best To Close The Deal.
- Follow- Up Credit Deals By Getting The Required Documents From The Customer And Follow Up The Approval With Our Accounts Department.
- Follow- Up Machines Delivery Till Reach to the Customer Site and Arrange With Product Support Dept. To Do The Operator Training At Site.
- Develop and execute sales strategy and effective visit plan to achieve assigned sales budget (value and volume).
- Follow- up Customer’s Needs and His Dealing with Other Departments Such As Workshop and Spare Parts and Provide the Necessary Assistance and Finding Solutions to Problems, If Any.
- Provide After-Sales Services In Coordination With Product Support Department
- Follow-Up Inventory List And Focus On Old Stock
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Experience : 7+ Experience in relevant field
