Job Description
<p>· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.</p><p>· Handle walk-in customers in warehouse/store and help them to find items as per their requirements.</p><p>· Provide the quotation to clients as per requirement.</p><p>· Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.</p><p>· Analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.</p><p>· Maintain client records/contact lists and follow up with customers to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.</p><p>· Prepare weekly and monthly reports.</p><p>· Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.</p><p>· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.</p><p>· Expedite the resolution of customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions to maximize satisfaction.</p><p>· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.</p><p>· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.</p><p>· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.</p><p>· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.</p><p>· Continuously improve through feedback.</p><p>· Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.</p><p>· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.</p><p>· Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.</p><p>· <span>Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.</span></p><p>· Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.</p><p>· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.</p><p>· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art</p><ul><li>· <span>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</span></li></ul>
