<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Contacting existing & new customers (Clients, Consultants & EPC companies) for the activities such as, product presentation, enquiry generation, submitting quote, techno-commercial clarifications, and negotiations during order finalization, order execution and after sales requirements.</li></ul><p>Β· Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.</p><ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction on products and services provided</li><li>Keeping track of upcoming projects in the Kingdom.</li><li>Update and maintain the database in the current and future projects.</li><li>Updating and maintaining customer contacts data.</li><li>Coordinating with Principals for various activities related to pre-sales, order finalization, order execution, company commission negotiations, Payment, after sales & business development.</li><li>Supporting company activities for Principal development. </li><li>Supporting Rotating & Process equipment team activities.</li><li>Preparing reports and forecasts for Management.</li><li>Meeting regular sales targets.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Mandatory requirements.</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors in engineering, Mechanical or equivalent.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory, </li><li>Extensive experience in rotating equipment, such pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, turbo-machinery.</li><li>At least 3-4 years of working experience in Aftermarket Sales and whole goods with a proven track record.</li><li>Well-connected in the market to cover the entire territory of KSA.</li><li>Must be able to travel throughout the kingdom.</li></ul>
