Job Description:

• Contact customers and follow them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.

• Provide the customers with the required support in the technical points and Respond to their comments and requirements.

• Communicate daily with customers via phone, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

• Prepare quotations for customers if needed and following up.

• Get projects requirements from clients and explain these projects to the technical team.

• Follow up on pending projects with clients.

• Follow up order process from order till delivery.

• Coordinate customers visits to the company with the concerned department.

• Solving any client problems.

• Sell and promote products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

• Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for new products and services.

• Assist the company in achieving the yearly Target.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering (Computer, Communication, Electrical, Mechatronics, Biomedical).

• Good knowledge of electronics basics.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Well-organized, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Self-driven, challenging Personality.

• Able to set plans and monitor performance.

• Availability to travel when needed.

• Experience 0-2 years in Sales.

• Preferred experience in hardware solutions.

• Very good in Microsoft office programs.

• Excellent in selling, communication and negotiation skills.
