S/He gathers and validates technical requirements for appropriate recommendations and responds to RFI’s and RFP’s addressing technical inquiries accordingly.<br><br><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li> Visit customers and provide pre-sales and post-sales support including installation assistance and limited on-site training; </li><li> Create and provide effective presentations, product demonstrations and technical support during the selling cycle; </li><li> Engage appropriate internal resources namely sales, product management and marketing among others to help close opportunities; </li><li> Support for pilots conducted by enterprise prospects; </li><li> Attend to sales calls and technical inquiries; </li><li> Articulate and demonstrate solutions to business problems to customer executives and staff; </li><li> Assist in qualifying opportunities validating technical requirements and providing appropriate product recommendations; </li><li> Follow-up with prospective customers during the evaluation phase; </li><li> Respond to RFI’s and RFP’s. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering </li><li> Fluency in Arabic & English is a must. </li><li> Effective presentation skills; effective negotiation skills </li><li> Effective MS skills </li><li> At least 2 years of relevant experience</li></ul>
