Along with the management direction, act as a supportive partner to Emirates Commercial Operations Sales teams and the wider Commercial stakeholders to assist on understanding and anticipating Network Sales Teams and future business needs which will enable stakeholders understanding of their strategy and to effectively deliver support in key areas: communication, motivation and recognition platforms, other Sales effectiveness requirements to help successful adoption of available tech solutions. Job Outline: Sales Teams Effectiveness (excellence), Engagement & Empowerment – Designing relevant business plan template related to the activity of Annual Business Planning Process and the engagement with relevant stakeholders related to any queries. Responsible of related reports for the supported stakeholders such as Commercial Operations SVPs and Regional Manager Commercial Operations. – Assist in identifying the sales common processes which require automation, and/or the deployment of case management to ensure efficiencies. – Assist in the organisation of training schedules, needs and logistics where needed to support line manager as well as L&D responsible personnel to deliver the intended training modules. Additionally assist in obtaining feedback from participants to further enhance the processes and organisation. – Support the activity of creating a commercial business capability by organise, create agendas and collate feedback from CO/Sales teams in the network in regards to areas of developments for tools and systems that are required to support the sales function, and any new Technology requirements relevant to new distribution strategy such as data and reporting in B2B Customer Relationship Management Platform (SFDC) relevant to Emirates GateWay (EGW) requests and status of these requests. – Help in creating the usability reports with users feedback, on the multiple deployed technology solutions and assist the team in the creation of reporting dashboards, which would help to deploy corrective actions where needed. – Creation of messages and content that supports the commercial Policies, and the existing Processes, Procedures, Rules and Regulations. Additionally, assist line manager in the creation and documentation of frameworks, including user guiding documents relevant to the empowerment programs such as waiver and favours etc., and help answer queries from users and collate their feedback for further enhancements and suitability. – Assist line manager in the overall management and logistics of running Recognition, Reward and Motivation programs and help the successful delivery of these programs. Assist in planning and organising Commercial events and conferences as per management directions when needed. Communication & Content Management – Work on the creation of different commercial communication needs for the sales teams and ensure they are empowered by suitable and relevant communication tools for internal and external communications. – Support in the creation of sales/commercial content on the global Emirates partners portals to ensure timely and quality creation, and manage the overall effectiveness on an ongoing basis including additional sites with language requirements as assigned by line manager. Central Sales Excellence Support – As a member of the services team, timely attend to the multiple mailboxes, requests, emails and queries from the wider commercial teams to offer high quality and relevant support on the centralised services within the department. – Offer line manager suggestions and ideas to further enhance and automate these services for more efficiencies and speed to market.
