The goal is to create the vision of the future with our unique and professional expertise in the industry. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>Demonstrate an effective strategy and execution in achieving sales goals</span></p><p><span>Exhibit strong negotiation skills and technique in closing deals </span></p><p>Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers</p><p>Professionally represent the company in the industry</p><p>Promotes different branding strategy to maximize our influence in the market</p><p>Build and maintain a strong and long term relationship with clients and real estate agencies</p><p>Proactively formulates business development strategies and ensures effective execution with positive results</p><p>Understands the client’s needs and requirements whilst providing core solutions in acquiring their desire for a new home, investments and maximize ROI. </p><p>Successfully develop a systematic process for sales</p><p>Utilize and maximize our prospective clients, customers by tracking our CRC system</p><p>Participates in different relevant real estate events and conferences</p><p>Reports to the Director on daily bases and establish necessary written reports and datas</p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><span>Must have minimum 5 years’ experience as Sales Director in Real Estate Development Industry</span></p><p><span>Have a valid UAE Driver’s License</span></p><p><span>Strong leadership and real estate skills</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Package</strong></p><p>Highly competitive Basic Salary + Commission Structure</p><p>Luxury Office </p><p>Employment Visa</p><p>Medical Insurance</p><p>Other benefits as per UAE Law</p><p><br></p>
