Read more about Eze here.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prospecting, generating, qualifying, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team</li><li>Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team, and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers</li><li>Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives</li><li>Research and gather information on target industries, companies, and decision-makers to personalise outreach and create relevant talking points</li><li>Utilise CRM systems to manage activities and status of leads and clients</li><li>Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points, and effectively communicate how the company’s products or services can address their requirements</li><li>Sell the company’s USP by comparing features and benefits</li><li>Conduct discovery calls or meetings to further qualify leads, gather additional information, and determine their readiness to move forward in the sales process</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date&nbsp;database of clients and prospects</li><li>Communicate USP and respond to enquiries efficiently by staying up to date on offerings, industry trends, and market conditions</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Experience/Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized and accredited University. A post-grad degree is highly beneficial.</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience as a sales development representative, preferably in an e-commerce or B2B environment&nbsp;</li><li>Adequate knowledge of the Online Marketplace and the Ecommerce Industry in the Middle East</li><li>Experience in sales of electronics in UAE</li><li>Strong business judgement with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.</li><li>Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g Hubspot or Salesforce)</li><li>Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional organisational skills&nbsp;</li><li>Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced start-up environments</li><li>Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build&nbsp;relationships</li><li>Must be able to speak and communicate in English and other native languages like Arabic, Urdu, Malayalam, and Hindi</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Eze Offers</strong></p><ul><li><span>Competitive package: – Base + commission&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Learning and Development opportunities</span></li><li><span>Unlimited PTO (T &amp; Cs apply)</span></li><li><span>100% remote work</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
