We believe that anyone should be able to work anytime, anywhere.<p><br></p>We are Backed by world class regional &amp; international investors; BECO Capital, Wamda Capital, Khawarizmi VC, Wealth Well and Plug &amp; Play.<p><br></p>As part of our growth, we are seeking an SDR to accelerate our GCC market.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>Your mission as an SDR is to:<p><br></p><ul><li>Identify, qualify potential leads and schedule demos for Account executives through outbound activities</li><li>Utilise various channels such as cold-calling, email prospecting, networking, and customer referrals to generate leads.</li><li>Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of interactions.</li><li>Manage and improve outreach sequences to optimise conversion rates</li><li>Stay informed about HR/Remote industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance prospecting efforts.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Believe in our mission to transform the present of remote work</li><li>You love building relationships, it’s in your DNA</li><li>You are bold and have strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills to engage prospects</li><li>You have a growth mindset and are willing to continuously learn and develop your skills</li><li>GCC: English and Arabic / Europe: English and another European language</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>A Plus</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience using HubSpot or Similar CRMs</li><li>Passionate about Technology, HR/FinTech</li><li>Experience in B2B sales</li></ul><p><br></p>You’ll get<p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive base and commission</li><li>A fantastic remote-work environment</li><li>Health insurance allowance</li></ul>
