Successful candidates must have a background in hospitality or technology companies. </p><p><br></p><p>Your responsibilities include pre-sales activities, office administration tasks, CRM management, drafting correspondence, and handling internal and external calls.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Sales support: Actively sell hospitality solutions to regional hotels, presenting and selling partner products to potential clients through phone calls, webinars, and on-site visits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Industry engagement: Attend trade shows and participate in industry events to represent the company and maintain a strong presence in the hospitality sector. Network with industry professionals to gather market intelligence and identify potential business opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Achieving targets: Generate qualified leads and work towards meeting or exceeding Sales Targets of Qualified Leads and objectives for the assigned client base in the Middle East region. Regularly report on progress and achievements to management.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Contract negotiation: Negotiate and close new contracts and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure contracts adhere to company policies and regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Additional support: Provide further assistance to the team as needed, including creating documents, reports, charts, graphs, and presentations. Support management in decision-making and strategic planning.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Research and reach out to target prospect clients through a variety of channels–email, phone, exhibitions, direct mail, in-person meetings, etc</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified leads</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or Hospitality</span></li><li><span>A minimum of 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative or sales position within the Hotel or Travel industry in the UAE or Gulf </span></li><li><span>A pleasant and courteous personality, capable of building strong professional relationships</span></li><li><span>Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and administrative skills</span></li><li><span>Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, along with strong interpersonal abilities, Arabic is an advantage </span></li><li><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li><li><span>Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement</span></li><li><span>Flexibility to travel regionally as needed</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
