<p><strong>SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE WITH F&B EXPERIENCE.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a sales development representative with extensive networking in Abu Dhabi, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of successful sales.</p><p>F&B experience is essential for this position. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as catering, events, wholesale, store sales, etc. </p><p>• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.</p><p>• Create, plan, and deliver presentations with prospective clients.</p><p>• Forecast sales performance trends to generate revenue using different offers and high negotiation skills.</p><p>• Develop relationships with retailers and wholesalers.</p><p>• Set appointments and follow up on leads.</p><p>• Track progress toward meeting sales goals.</p><p>• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.</p><p>• Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.</p><p>• Good research skills and ability to help with administrative tasks.</p><p>• Able to write formal emails representing the company and opening up new business opportunities and events.</p><p>• Manage and supervise the catering operations to ensure they are done accordingly to the client’s expectations. </p><p>• Develop a marketing strategy.</p><p>• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. </p><p>• Experience in the Catering business. </p><p>• Strong management skills</p><p>• Strong business networking relationships in Abu Dhabi.</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.</p><p>• Good presentations and reporting skills</p><p>• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies.</p><p>• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.</p><p>• Time management and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>• Flexibility and adaptability to change.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
