Sales Development Representative:

Technology / Software’s sales experience.

 

Job Description

 

• Drive new business opportunities by doing market research, cold calling for the Middle East region

• Generate appointments for enterprise accounts, maintain client relationships and grow business

• Provide solutions for clients’ needs and requirements with the consulting approach

• Maintain lead list, opportunities and pipeline reports. Update CRM for assigned accounts and leads

• Provide accurate sales forecast

• Ensure timely follow ups on leads

• Meet individual monthly, quarterly and annual targets and be a team player also

• Manage client’s escalations, expectations and commitments

• Provide feedback to improve services quality and be a bridge between customer and delivery team

• Effective use of social media to promote company’s brand online

• Use tele, email, social channels to create multiple streams of new lead generation

• Leverage professional relationship to get references and new business opportunities

 

Job Requirement

 

• Demonstrated successful career in technology/software sales

• Fluency in English language is a must

• Fluency in Arabic language is a must

• Must be a college graduate from a reputed institution

• Citizenship – all nationalities can apply

• Experience in IT sales.

• Willing to work 5 days a week – Monday to Friday
