Position Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Career Level: Entry-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  2. Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  3. Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations or meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and interactions in the CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine targeted outreach strategies.
  6. Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities generated.
  7. Stay informed about Proxidize’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  8. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Be fluent (C1 or higher) in English.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Strong ability to identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and other sales tools.
  8. Knowledge of the proxy network, web data, or automation industry is a plus.
  9. Experience using AI assistants, prompts, and tools is a plus.
