<strong>Job Summary:</strong><p><br></p>We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for lead the business development processes from screening, early engagements, studies,negotiation, and other required activities to progress proposals through stage gates all the way to deal with closure.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities </li><li>Expand Walaplus business and improve the branding initiatives. </li><li>Establishing networks with loyalty specialists. </li><li>Maintaining valued customer relationships. </li><li>Negotiating deals. </li><li>Identifying opportunities to increase profitability. </li><li>Developing client relationships and strengthening partnerships. </li><li>Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities. </li><li>Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>English: fluently. </li><li>Highly organized and able to multi-task. </li><li>Self-driven and proactive nature. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>negotiation skills </li><li>High computer literacy and ability to learn new software. </li><li>Experience in document creation. </li><li>Patient and active listener. </li><li>Passion for service. </li><li>BC degree in business management or a related field. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>About Walaplus:</strong><p><br></p>WalaPlus, the leading provider of innovative employee well-being solutions in the Middle East, is on a mission to empower organizations and individuals to realize the full potential of their workforce.
