JOB DETAIL – Sales Development Representative

JOB PURPOSE – Sales for business with sustainable IT solutions and services.

We are seeking to expand its Sales team by hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us with an established track record of building pipelines and a proven history of exceeding targets in a fast-growing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Solution Sales – sourcing leads, prospecting, cold calling, and demoing the product to ideal customers. Applicants will have a hunter mentality – prospecting to generate new business and creating opportunities for the target audience to explore and experience the platform.

RESPONSIBILITY

Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of IT Solution Sales to enhance business opportunities.
Work directly in the field to research and find leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.
Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build rapport by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.
Sourcing B2B prospects from various IT sources, doing online research and getting on calls with prospects.
Ongoing lead generator for sales.
Outreaching to prospective customers and arranging appointments for sales.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Excellent communication in English- written and verbal.
Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
Able to generate his/her own leads.
Well Spoken and dynamic personality, Go-getter attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years relevant experience in Sales and should have knowledge of UAE market
Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration or any related field.

COMPENSATION

Monthly CTC Upto 5K to 7K with Sales Commission.
Applicants must be from /nearby Dubai or willing to travel / Relocate to Dubai
