An upscale burger boutique based in Dubai which mainly sells plant-based burgers.

Job Description:
? Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
? Hand out samples to customer, assist with menu selection, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
? Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
? Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers to inform customers and maximize sales.
? Upsell additional menu items, desserts, or beverages to increase sales revenue.
