Our client is an Electrical solutions company in the supply of electrical materials in the UAE and surrounding regions. They carry products ranging from Power Cables, Cable Accessories, Lighting, and Earthing materials thus enabling Electric Way to establish itself as a one-stop-shop for all solutions to the Construction, Power Generation, and Oil & Gas sectors.<p><br></p><strong>Key Role: </strong>Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.</li><li>Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.</li><li>Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.</li><li>Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.</li><li>Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.</li><li>Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Skills & Qualities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>1-2 Years of work experience as Sales Coordinator </li><li>Degree in Engineering preferred.</li><li>Communication.</li><li>Customer service.</li><li>Analytical.</li><li>Problem-solving.</li><li>Excel in Microsoft Office</li><li>Detail-oriented.</li><li>Aility to multitask.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong><em>Freshers are welcome to apply</em></strong>
