Job Description

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
  • Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company’s products.
  • Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Researching and identifying potential leads and prospects through various channels, including online research and networking.
  • Managing and updating customer information in the CRM system, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as software developers, project managers, and implementation teams, to ensure smooth execution of sales projects.
  • Processing sales orders, generating purchase orders, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of software products and services.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. in Arabic and English
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
