Job Description
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
- Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
- Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company’s products.
- Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Researching and identifying potential leads and prospects through various channels, including online research and networking.
- Managing and updating customer information in the CRM system, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Coordinating with internal teams, such as software developers, project managers, and implementation teams, to ensure smooth execution of sales projects.
- Processing sales orders, generating purchase orders, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of software products and services.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
