<p><strong>Job Location</strong></p><ul><li>Jizan, Saudi Arabia.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, and provide feedback, documentation, and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information</li><li>Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team</li><li>Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale</li><li>Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices</li><li>Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover</li><li>Assure quality of sales-related equipment and update if necessary</li><li>Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements</li><li>Works with other C-level executives on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation programs</li><li>Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>4+ years’ experience in a sales-related role</li><li>Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>
