Job Description
Responsibility:
· Research the market (or new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pursue the same till closure.
· Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against pre-determined monthly b annual sales Target.
· Support in developing and executing business development strategies for the Business.
· Submit weekly progress report towards activity targets / kPls to the Sales Manager / GB.
· Submit monthly progre5S Report towards activity targets / fPls to the HR Manager
· Contact lease by cold calling, sending introductory mails, or attending meetings online or visit customers’ office in person to introduce our services, site visits to projects to understand the customer’s requirements to convert the leads into opportunities for sales.
· Assist in developing of commercial aspects such as costing and quotation to clients and preparing Tenders, Bids, RFP’s b RFQ’s.
· Develop proposals 6 presentations for customers to land new accounts with potential customers.
· Negotiate prices. terms and conditions with potential customers and close deals.
· Maintain a strong understanding of the service and costs (Camp, Accommodation, Transport, meals, Uniform, PPE, PCR, Training, Medical etc.,) and other terms and conditions to answer Customer queries.
· Monitor customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints or objections to ensure high level of customer service by addressing issues b providing solutions.
· Bid Process / Client Data Compilation/ Identifying the Portals/ Completing Registration/ Proposal Structure and Reporting and Tracking.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Sales / Marketing.
Preferably Sales / Marketing certifications.
• 5 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets, pipeline.
• In depth of expertise of dealing with multiple customer accounts and large organizations.
