Sales Consultant (Ukrainian/Russian Speaker)

Job Description

<p>As a Showroom Sales Consultant you will be responsible for the below:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Meeting or exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Welcome &amp; greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner / attitude.</li><li>Establish solid relationships with customers, cross/upsell and deliver excellent product awareness.</li><li>Provide to the customers accurate information about product features and pricing.</li><li>Explain to the customers delivery, payment, installation and demonstration procedures.</li><li>Prepare quotations.</li><li>Prepare monthly sales report.</li><li>Responsible for analyzing stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.</li><li>Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards according to communicated guidelines at all times.</li><li>Ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy at all times.</li><li>Highlight the features and benefits of all products to customers including technical terms.</li><li>Make sure all the daily collections, receipts and other documents are all checked and up to date.</li><li>Update daily customer database report.</li><li>Update daily sales report of the showroom.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Qualifications:</em></p><ul><li>3-5 years previous experience working within luxury retail</li><li>Language: English, Ukrainian, Russian</li><li>Passionate to achieve results and grow sales</li><li>Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve goals</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li></ul>
