The sales officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, managing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Identify and target sales .</p><p>Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain customer acceptance.</p><p>Overcoming obstacles that prevent sales.</p><p>Effectively meet customer needs</p><p>Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships, take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.</p><p>Promote and sell products to new and existing customers through various channels such as cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings.</p><p>Maintain regular communication with customers to build and maintain positive relationships.</p><p>Achieve individual sales targets in a timely and effective manner.</p><p><br></p><p>Skills and requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.</p><p>1-3 years of experience in successful sales preferably in life insurance.</p><p>Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.</p><p>Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.</p><p>Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.</p><p>Experience exceeding sales goals.</p><p>Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.</p><p>Exceptional communication skills.</p><p>A fast learner with the ability to understand basic concepts.</p><p>Great attention to detail must be maintained.</p><p>Proficient with computers and software applications including the Microsoft Office suite.</p><p><br></p><p>Additional requirements:</p><p>Owns a car </p><p>sales experience in life insurance</p>
