Do you have a passion for Sales, Customer Service and Automotive?
We are looking for both experienced and non-experienced salespeople to join our growing automotive sales teams. Our sales advisors have the opportunity to earn almost three times their monthly salary via our lucrative incentive plan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve monthly unit sales & qualitative targets (CSI, Prospecting, Conv. Ratio’s etc..) assigned by management via:
• Handling walk-ins, assigned opportunities & prospecting calls in-line with the defined sales process (meet & greet, qualification, presentation, test-drive, negotiation, delivery etc..)
• Daily follow-up on open opportunities, prospect calls & upcoming deliveries
• Accurate data-logging on Jaidah’s Database of all opportunities & prospects as per the defined sales process
• Complete assigned Product, Sales & relevant trainings within the assigned deadline
• Complete Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor within the assigned deadline
Knowledge, Experience and Capability
• 2-5 years Automotive or Retail Sales Experience (Automotive preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic desirable)
• Knowledge of retail and consumer sales processes
• Target driven and can work on own initiative but also as part of a team
