The perfect fit for our team will be someone who has a successful history of generating leads, fostering client relationships, and closing deals.</p><p>Key Roles:</p><p>路 Formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.</p><p>路 Establish and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.</p><p>路 Discover new business prospects and market segments.</p><p>路 Collaborate effectively with the design and commercial team to create proposals and bids.</p><p>路 Engage in contract discussions and maintain ongoing client relationships.</p><p>路 Regularly provide sales updates and forecasts to higher management.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree </p><p>路 Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the interior fit-out sector.</p><p>路 Proficient comprehension of architectural plans and drawings</p><p>路 Superior communication and negotiation skills.</p><p>路 Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and surpass sales objectives.</p><p>路 Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.</p><p>路 Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.</p><p>Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p>We appreciate the interest of all applicants, but only those shortlisted for an interview will be contacted.</p>
