<p><strong>Role Description:&nbsp;</strong><span>The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new FMCG-related business opportunities.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for the company’s products and managing the sales process.</li><li>Identifying and contacting retail opportunities locally and regionally.</li><li>Develop achievable and realistic business plans, sales targets, and KPIs for each channel and market</li><li>Continuously conduct extensive market research to support product market launches and marketing activities.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.</li><li><span>High level of ethics and value-based conduct</span></li></ul>
