<p>We are hiring a results-oriented <strong>Business Development & Sales Manager</strong> based in <strong>Abu Dhabi, UAE</strong>, to support our expanding commercial operations in water and infrastructure projects. <strong>The role focuses on the supply of all products such as pipes, valves, fittings… to the water and infrastructure industry.</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>路 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets, with a strong emphasis on the water and infrastructure sector,</p><p>路 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including customer acquisition, project bidding, and contract negotiations,</p><p>路 Controls and reviews the main tender offers and overseas orders as per company鈥檚 internal policies and procedures,</p><p>路 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants to foster long-term partnerships,</p><p>路 Collaborate with the Sales Engineers on all ongoing aspects of the Building, Water, and Infrastructure business,</p><p>路 Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess progress against targets and propose corrective actions if needed,</p><p>路 Stay updated on industry developments, standards, and regulations related to the piping and fittings business,</p><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><p>路 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent,</p><p>路 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the water and infrastructure sector,</p><p>路 Fluency in spoken English and Arabic is required,</p><p>路 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth,</p><p>路 Strong knowledge of piping and fittings, including various materials and grades,</p><p>路 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,</p><p>路 Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels,</p><p>路 Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment,</p><p>路 Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP and CRM software.</p><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong>Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to hr@trouvaycauvin.com, or visit https://trouvaycauvin.com/career-opportunities/.
