Job Description

<p>We are looking for a full-time <strong><em>Business Development Specialist </em></strong>with experience working in Sales in a Marketing/Social Media Agency (A MUST).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- maintain and develop relationships with new clients in person, via phone calls and emails;</p><p>- seek out new sales opportunities by managing the leads from digital ads, cold calling, networking, and social media.</p><p>- set up meetings with potential clients</p><p>- promote services to potential clients</p><p>- negotiate and close deals</p><p>- collaborate with the team to achieve better results</p><p>- aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements for the candidate:</strong></p><p>- Experience working in Sales/Business Development in a marketing or advertising agency is&nbsp;a MUST</p><p>- Thorough understanding of marketing products.</p><p>- Great negotiating techniques</p><p>- Experience in cold calls</p><p>- Fast learner and passion for sales</p><p>- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Business Development Executive (UAE experience will be an advantage)</li><li>Working in a marketing agency</li><li>Sales experience</li></ul>
