Please consider your application only successful if we contact you within that time. ***</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Do</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Kimbo Coffee UAE requires a Head Business Development Executive to join our sales team in our Dubai office. Critically, your role would be to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the division. You will understand and live the Kimbo Coffee brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead Generation: Identify and source potential clients interested in our range of coffee beans and artisan coffee machines through various channels such as cold calling, database mining, referrals, online platforms, etc.</li><li>Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospects and engage in conversations to introduce the company’s products or services.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the industry, including market trends, platforms, investment strategies, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with the latest developments in the market.</li><li>Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits, features, and competitive advantages of the company’s offerings. Effectively communicate how trading/fund management can meet the client’s financial goals.</li><li>Relationship Building: Build and maintain partnerships with potential clients, understanding their requirements. Provide personalised assistance, address queries, and offer guidance throughout sales.</li><li>Client Conversion: Effectively handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals with potential clients. Convert leads.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, trading strategies, and new product offerings. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of financial markets.</li><li>Conduct coffee training for the F&B team as required.</li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Willing to familiarise yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.</li><li>Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.</li><li>Cultivating strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.</li><li>Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.</li><li>Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.</li><li>Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.</li><li>Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and partners.</li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Need</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is a plus.</li><li>Proven work experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the F&B sector.</li><li>Practical “hands-on” exposure to similar B2B coffee and coffee machine sales in the UAE (3 years minimum).</li><li>Passion for coffee and the coffee industry.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers)</li><li>Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team objectives.</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.</li><li>Strong organisation and project management skills.</li><li>Friendly and personable demeanour.</li><li>Flexibility to deal with changing requirements.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic (advantageous).</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office tools.</li><li>Full driving licence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Experience:</u></strong></p><ul><li>3+ years in coffee B2B and B2C sales in Dubai.</li><li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li><li>Office-based role.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>📆 Long-term position</p><p><br></p><p>🕒 Asap</p><p><br></p><p>📍 Dubai</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Employment Visa</p><p>Medical Insurance</p><p>Mobile Phone</p>
