We are currently seeking a motivated and presentable Sales Associate for the Express Park project in Dubai. The Express Park project is an exciting initiative aimed at revolutionizing parking solutions in urban areas. As a Sales Associate for this project, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our innovative services to potential customers. Your exceptional sales skills, customer service expertise, and professional presentation will contribute to the successful implementation and growth of the Express Park project.

Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome as they enter the store.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products/services based on their requirements and provide accurate information about features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Proactively offer product demonstrations and provide additional information to showcase the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor to uphold the company’s image and represent in the Express Park project.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and attend events or trade shows as required for the project.
