Our client is a global multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology, and outsourcing services.<br><br><strong><u>Technical And Professional Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>You are exected to have a College Degree.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience in niche brands.</li><li>Experience in Skin Care, Beauty, make-up, Hair Care, Niche Fragrance Experts &amp; High end watches.</li><li>Arabic should be bilingual.</li><li>Excellent Grooming &amp; Good Communication skills.</li><li>Should be able to deal with VIPs’ &amp; High end profile customers.</li><li>Greets customers and makes them feel comfortable<br></li></ul><strong><u>Roles And Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases.</li><li>Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences</li><li>Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary</li><li>Introduces promotions and new products to customers</li><li>Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing</li><li>Handles refunds, exchanges and returns</li><li>Documents sales by updating customer records</li><li>Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales</li></ul>
