<p>We are looking for a sales associate to join our sales team.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Location: Jounieh – Beirut.</em></p><p><br></p><p>Main Duties & Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Greets customers on the sales floor.</li><li>Customer service management. Provide customer service to all customers and assist them.</li><li>Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers</li><li>Following up with customers after their visit.</li><li>Making sure the showroom is up to standards as well as completing the daily showroom checklist.</li><li>Assist with seasonal inventories.</li><li>Implements displays for windows and interior as directed by Visual Merchandising.</li><li>Pricing the showroom. + Checking the missing items in the showroom + ordering new items.</li><li>Suggests furniture size, period style, color, fabric, and wood that will complement the customer’s home and other furnishings. & Discuss size and measurements for the customer, as well as taking sizes for specific items in front of the customer.</li><li>Unrolls bolts of curtains and carpets to display an assortment of fabrics to customers.</li><li>Close deals with customers and walk them out to the door.</li><li>Communicates for delivery of items to customers.</li><li>Check the condition of the items before delivering them to the customers.</li><li>Abide by Company internal rules as well as team spirit.</li><li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.</li><li>Continuously improve through customer feedback.</li><li>Meets pre-set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.</li><li>Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Β· Qualifications & Requirements:</p><ul><li>3 + of experience in a related job function.</li><li>Diploma or BA degree.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and oral.</li><li>Excellent selling and negotiation skills.</li><li>Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to gain immediate credibility with customers.</li><li>High sense of proper customer service standards.</li><li>Analytical and Meeting target abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of the furniture business</li></ul><p><br></p>
