<p>Be a part of the newly established Real Estate company in Dubai!!</p><p>We are looking for dynamic, passionate and energetic experience candidates to join our team, Join us here and achieve your career goals!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>For Sales Team</strong></p><ul><li>Sales Manager (Subject negotiation + Commission)</li><li>Sales Supervisor (Subject negotiation + Commission)</li><li>Sales Executives (2000 AED + Commission)</li><li>Tele Marketing (2000 AED +Commission)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>Proficient CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Comfortable handling confidential information</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in sales or telesales in real estate is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>High sense of self grooming and must be presentable.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Contacting potential or existing leads.</li><li>Providing available property for sale to the potential clients.</li><li>Monitoring sales performance.</li><li>Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.</li><li>Updating client details.</li><li>Building good relationship to the clients.</li><li>Closing a deals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and listening skills.</li><li>Having a polite and friendly manner</li><li>Lots of initiative.</li><li>A positive attitude.</li><li>Can work independently.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Languages – English is compulsory written and spoken / Chinese / Arabic / French / Spanish speaking is a bonus</li><li>Driving license is a plus.
