<p><strong>Summary of the Job:</strong></p><p>Responsible for developing and arriving at sales strategies in accordance with the company’s annual business plans and goals. Ensure that a sales plan is implemented to maximize brand selling and profitability. Maintain and manage a motivated sales team. Handling the operational tasks of the company.</p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Achieving the sales target on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.</li><li>Developing existing branches and opening new ones</li><li>Analysis of existing store locations (demand and potential expansion)</li><li>Ensure that store operational procedures are fully followed.</li><li>Manage all sales outlets with the support of store managers to ensure compliance with all aspects of supply and staff performance, and that all standards and procedures are followed.</li><li>The continuous motivation of all sales staff.</li><li>Submitting and analyzing visit reports</li><li>Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and non-moving stock is depleted.</li><li>Ensure proper participation in product selection in terms of review and approval with the purchasing team.</li><li>Ensure that all employees are aware of their targets (daily and monthly).</li><li>Monitor sales targets and achievements on a daily basis.</li><li>Prepare appraisals for the shop manager and sales staff.</li><li>Prepare Annual Sales Plans, forecasts, budgets, manpower planning, monitoring, and reporting to management.</li><li>Preparing sales reports of all kinds on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and presenting them to the management.</li><li>Monitoring the preparation of the shop purchases schedule.</li><li>Maintaining the degree of profitability in sales.</li><li>Studying business needs, marketing/sales promotion programs, analyzing competitors, and giving feedback to management.</li><li>Provide input to HR to identify and reward excellent performers and develop career/succession planning.</li><li>Ensure that existing staff and new staff are well trained in product knowledge and all other sales skills.</li><li>Responsible for launching a new kiosk, starting with design and approving contracts with mall management and installation</li><li>Follow up with mall management regarding any concerns and approvals</li><li>Store visits to ensure company standards, and to arrange any maintenance that may be required</li><li>Visiting the branches to check the movement of the items and coordinating with the store and the purchasing team to find out any required items according to the market trend.</li><li>Follow up and check the schedule of all sales staff according to mall timings and business needs</li><li>Ensure that cash deposits are made by all stores and follow up on delays</li><li>Conducting interviews with sales candidates</li><li>Assist in escalating customer complaints after initial resolution to Store Managers / Area Managers.</li><li>Checking IT issues related to shops</li><li>Coordinating with the accounts department to solve any selling problems</li><li>Coordinate with HR for annual leave and any other requests for all sales staff.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Requirements</strong>&nbsp;-</p><ul><li>BA/BA in Business Administration or related field; Certificate in Sales, Finance, and Operations would be an added advantage.</li><li>MS Office skills with experience in Excel – we are talking about tables, lookups, data projections, and data linking.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Team player with a high level of dedication</li><li>Proven experience in sales and distribution operations and functional problem-solving.</li><li>You hold yourself to the highest standards and strive to improve yourself and others every day</li></ul><p>Please make sure that the requirements apply to you after reading the advertisement in full, and then follow the progress and provide us with the required data.</p>
