Job Description
<p>The primary responsibility of the Sales Account Manager is to maintain and expand relationships with assigned customers, while meeting targets for penetration and mass clients.</p><p>This includes analyzing the evolution of assigned clients and identifying opportunities to increase sales through new products, segments, rates, etc. Generating new business opportunities in the source market is also an essential aspect of the role.</p><p>The Account Manager is the key interface for customers, managing all communication and queries, and working with other departments on issues related to API, credit, legal, and reservation problems. This includes attending trade shows and visiting key clients per month.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to data analysis and preparing for client visits, the Account Manager is responsible for managing sales activities using the CRM system, responding to client operational problems, and receiving ongoing training and coaching.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a degree or accredited experience in Sales Business.</p><p>A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the travel industry and advanced skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and negotiation.
