Job Description: Business Development Manager<br><br>Position Overview:<br>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, meeting clients, negotiating deals, and generating a steady revenue stream for our main business, which focuses on maintenance and other small construction-related works. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of achieving targets. The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and establishing long-term relationships with key clients.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and meet revenue targets.<br>2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.<br>6. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.<br>7. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.<br>8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.<br>9.
