The market is poised for growth within the next 5 years and Siemens is well positioned to capture the upcoming big opportunities in urban cities transportation and infrastructure projects. We are looking for an experience Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team to shape with us and with our customer the future of Transportation in KSA.<p><br></p><strong>What are my responsibilities?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for the Sales acquisition of the infrastructure projects plus the acquisition of smaller signaling projects of Saudi Arabia Railways or Saudi Railway Organization.</li><li>Ensure the profitable growth of Mobility division in Saudi Arabia, till the project handing over to the execution team.</li><li>Management of a team of area sales managers plus marketing activities including market intelligence.</li><li>Select opportunities, propose partners, acquisition strategy in cooperation with Headquarter Sales team.</li><li>Create, maintain, and execute capture plans.</li><li>Develop solid business relationship with our customer for long term business relationship</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What do I need to qualify for this job?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Academic degree in Engineering or related disciplines from reputable University</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of transportation / infrastructure project (at management level) ideally from an international environment</li><li>Strong networking within the industry and ministers in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Arabic as mother tongue with Fluent English, both technical and business English</li><li>Excellent communication skills rounded by an outstanding business and growth mind set</li><li>Target driven personality with focus on quality delivery</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What else do I need to know?</strong><p><br></p>Siemens is dedicated to quality, equality, and valuing diversity, and we welcome applications that reflect the diversity of the communities within which we work.
