<p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Powerhouse, an Oil and Gas Services Company, is looking for an experienced Oil and</p><p>Gas Sales and Marketing Director to oversee our Oil and Gas Sales and Marketing</p><p>Sector. The candidate would manage the sales, application and service for existing</p><p>products and accounts to ensure the meeting of annual sales budgets. Reporting directly</p><p>to the General Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Sell organization’s products and/or services by bidding on projects.</li><li>Identify and explore new business opportunities within a specific sales territory, work towards market share increase for various metals industry applications.</li><li>Interact with customers daily, maintaining current customer relationships as well as developing new ones.</li><li>Set monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Gross Profit Margin goals, and provide direction for their attainment.</li><li>Develop cost and productivity estimates and review estimates for all jobs to ensure the most cost-efficient processes and equipment are being employed.</li><li>Generate financial models to understand project financials and create supporting documentation to prove project viability.</li><li>Compile and generate financial analyses, proposals, and board level documentation in response to RFQs and customer requests.</li><li>Prioritize and deliver on existing and upcoming project requirements (scope of work, assembly, material, and fabrication requirements)</li><li>Assist the shop Manager with the creation of the production schedules, designing the layout of operating sites, along with creating an operating plan to ensure maximum efficiency of personnel, equipment, materials, and workspace.</li><li>Develop and review legal documents to ensure fairness and protect the Company’s interest.</li><li>Track of quotations and sales and update customers on order status and completion</li><li>Provide the corporate staff with all necessary information pertaining to customer account setup and maintenance.</li><li>Plan and organize company presentation at strategic shows and events with the intent to create awareness and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Interact with the customer to understand customer and project needs.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years of relevant experience in sales &amp; marketing in oil and gas field</li><li>Local and stable work-history</li><li>Project Management Expertise</li><li>Persuasive Negotiation &amp; Product Development</li><li>Hold a proficient understanding of company financials (income statement, P&amp;L, IRR, etc.).</li><li>Business Development, Product Positioning &amp; Branding and meet order booking/dispatch target.</li><li>Planning, Budgeting, Execution &amp; adhere to delivery schedules as committed.</li><li>Should have worked in ERP &amp; proficient knowledge of Excel.</li><li>Should have good communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
