<p>Our company based in the UAE is seeking a Sales and Customer Services Healthcare and Lab Test Specialist. The chosen individual will be accountable for driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service to our clientele. We’re seeking an applicant with a strong track record in sales of lab test packages and customer service and a comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare and lab test sector.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for our healthcare and lab test products and services.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities</li><li>Develop sales strategies and plans that align with the overall goals and objectives of the company</li><li>Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale</li><li>Ensure compliance with service regulations and guidelines for selling healthcare and lab test products and services</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer service issues that arise</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the healthcare or lab test industry</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and goals</li><li>Knowledge of the healthcare and lab test industry, including industry regulations and standards</li><li>Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and partners</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service in the healthcare and lab test industry, we invite you to apply for this position.</p>
