We’re looking for a motivated Sales and Business Development Intern to help us grow our business and make an even bigger impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Internship Summary:</strong></p><p>The Sales and Business Development Intern will work remotely with the management team to help identify, evaluate, and secure new campaigns, deals, and partnerships that will help grow the company and its impact globally. This is a 2-3 month internship position with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct market research and identify markets and partners.</li><li>Evaluate potential campaigns and deals and make recommendations to the management team.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including corporates, NGOs, and distributors.</li><li>Develop proposals and presentations for potential customers and partners.</li><li>Work with the management team to negotiate and close deals.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.</li><li>Attend networking events and conferences to represent U-Light and build new partnerships.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Expectations:</strong></p><ul><li>Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week for the duration of the internship (3-6 months)</li><li>Currently pursuing or holding a relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.</li><li>Highly motivated with a desire to inflict positive change.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>This is a paid internship with the potential for a full-time employment upon successful completion.</p>
