<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the modern trade business.</li><li>Enhance the templates used for daily sales reporting.</li><li>Developed the MSL score tracking system for the modern trade team.</li><li>Maintaining distribution tracker – Updating weekly.</li><li>Analysis and reporting on the Carrefour sell-out data and Lulu sell-out data.</li><li>Maintain and Analyse Account wise spend tracker – Monthly.</li><li>Handling the promo price dashboard analyzing the competition pricing in the market.</li><li>Coordinating with the sales team for the promotional stock forecast weekly and monthly basis and subsequent planning with the production planning team.</li><li>Preparation of all kinds of Ad-Hoc reports as asked by the management.</li><li>Handling the Journey plan of the merchandisers and monitoring the call compliance score.</li><li>Handling the Journey plan of the Key account executives and monitoring the JP compliance score.</li><li>Submitting merchandising commission file on a monthly basis.</li><li>Consistent follow-up with the sales team on the listing updates and data requirements from retailers.</li><li>Identifying the root causes and facilitating to resolve the problems in cases of logistic issues, out of stock issues ,permit issues etc.</li><li>Working together with the Trade Marketing and Sales team for the implementation of various marketing campaigns and reporting on the ROI.</li><li>Working together with the central IT team on various projects: Digital Merchandising tool (Vispera),Salesforce implementation, APAP BI dashboard implementation and MSL score automation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Commercial finance experience preferably in a consumer goods company.</li><li>A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics or mathematics.</li><li>Experience with pricing software and data sources.</li><li>Exposure to pricing analytics and revenue management.</li><li>Involvement in distributor pricing in a multi-tiered route to market.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional IT development teams within an Agile delivery environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You will love this job if:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>You have the ability to learn econometric modeling concepts with the ability to interpret the output, communicate the business insights, and influence business decisions throughout the organization.</li><li>You have a passion for data “story-telling” to help paint a picture to the wider business the impact of sales.</li><li>You can take National & Regional sales level analysis and work with local finance/sales/marketing teams to localize the analysis in order to make the work actionable.</li><li>You have the ability to work both independently and within a team while putting the success of the group ahead of personal ambitions.</li></ul>
