We are looking for a Sales Ambassador with a confident and professional presence who is able to successfully represent the brand values and culture as well as uphold the brand image with an outstanding level of customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A passionate, result driven individual with luxury retail experience and strong CRM database/skills capable of identifying and generating leads to close sales and achieve given sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

* Promote and embrace a collaborative, honest and teamwork oriented work environment with colleagues

* Build and maintain long term relationships based on trust with clients

* Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products and different collections

* Ability to confidently speak about selling points and product knowledge

* Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

* “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

* Ability to cross-sell and up-sell

* Maintain a well organised and clean environment as well as high visual standards

* Process POS (point of sale) purchases
