<p>Job Description:</p><p>We are looking for a Sales Agent to be based in Mogadishu, Somalia, who will be responsible for promoting and selling our cargo and passenger flight services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue opportunities within the Mogadishu, Somalia, and central regions of Somalia.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Proactively identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities for general cargo and passenger flights.</p><p>2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including freight forwarders, businesses, and individuals.</p><p>3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential customers, and competitive offerings to drive our sales strategy.</p><p>4. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our cargo and passenger flight services.</p><p>5. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.</p><p>6. Negotiate rates and contracts with customers to ensure cost-effective solutions while maximizing revenue.</p><p>7. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.</p><p>8. Regularly update and maintain the customer database, including accurate contact information and sales activities.</p><p>9. Prepare timely sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</p><p>10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to maintain a competitive edge.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.</p><p>2. Proven experience in sales and business development within the aviation or logistics industry is highly desirable.</p><p>3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.</p><p>4. Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p>5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</p><p>6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p><p>7. Knowledge of the aviation industry and familiarity with Mogadishu, Somalia, and central regions of Somalia is advantageous.</p><p>8. Fluency in English and Somali languages is necessary.</p>
