As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate projects to potential clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p>Job Description: Sales Agent </p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Mandatory: Proven experience in the real estate industry *Developer preferred </li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.</li><li>Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is desirable.</li><li>Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Salary and Benefits:</p><ul><li>Depending on experience base salary can range up to 20,000AED</li><li>Attractive commission structure</li><li>Medical insurance coverage</li><li>Annual flight ticket allowance</li></ul>
